The athlete presses the bar upward until their arms are locked out

Rules
The athlete has one minute to set up the bench press after the speaker says bar is loaded
The athlete must bring the bar into contact with their chest before the referee says Press
The athlete must keep the bar motionless on their chest until the referee says Press
The athletes index finger must cover the ring on the bar
The bench should be at a regulation height of 165177 in
